Astral body<

When you first experience out-of-body experience, you will most likely go to the so-called astral world. For example, you may see your bed, desk, chair, windows, walls, ceiling, floor, house, etc. This astral world is very similar to reality and is sometimes said to be a blueprint of reality. The body used in the astral world is sometimes called the astral body (or astral body) to distinguish it from the physical body (physical body).
At first glance, this world appears similar to physical reality, but it is slightly different from physical reality. For example, the desk is not where it should be, the chair is in a different place, and so on.Walls and floors are hard to the touch, but when you put your hand into them with all your might, they emit a "psshhhh" sound, and your hand gets stuck in them.It can also fly out through the window.Although there is gravity, they can fly freely when they feel like flying. Also, when you think you are going to fall, you can fall down.In this way, in the astral world, the world changes slightly according to one's thoughts.
We can also perceive the presence of consciousness in the space around us, as well as the sounds and scents emitted by the space. When one goes out of the body, it is as if one's soul comes out of the hard armor of the body like a gas, and a kind of strange phenomenon occurs where the soul mingles with various bodies of consciousness. This allows us to feel the consciousness of space and to communicate directly with other souls on a telepathic and emotional level.
In my case, it was very difficult at first to achieve this kind of state. It was as if my mind had been stripped bare and various consciousnesses were stepping into the space with their feet.
What we see in this spiritual world (astral world) is not that "what we see really exists," but rather "what symbols do the things we see really appear to be?Or, "What exactly does this symbol mean?In many cases, we have found that we have to interpret (or translate) what we see in the spiritual world. What you see in the spiritual world is rather "right-brain" and the answer is given to you suddenly in a "visual" form, but it comes out using "symbols" in your brain that are easy for you to interpret. Therefore, even if you perceive the same concept, what you see will vary from person to person. Therefore, in the spiritual world, the process of interpreting "symbols" is very important, rather than just accepting what you see as it is.In the spiritual world, we question the true meaning of what we see.Very often, we realize that they are very important messages.
Furthermore, as the out-of-body experience progressed, it became clear to me that there is a world that is different from the astral world, the so-called true spiritual world. When we shed our astral body and move into a more exquisite body, we can travel to various spiritual worlds that are far removed from the physical world. The body we use there is called the mental body, Causal body, etc., which is more active than the astral body, and the quality and quantity of communication with other bodies of consciousness is greatly increased.Exploring this spiritual world is very exciting and stimulating. The astral world was also very interesting at first, but it still looks quite faded compared to the activities in the mental and Causal bodies.Since this world (the mental and Causal worlds or higher spiritual worlds) is composed of a collection of the same nature, there are countless worlds depending on the consciousnesses that come together. There are countless spiritual worlds, just like the mandala paintings of esoteric Buddhism.Broadly speaking, the upper world is the world of gods and spirits, the heavenly world, and the lower worlds are the religious world, the shura world, the hungry demon world, the hell world, and so on.When you enter these worlds, you go to the world of the wavelength that matches your state of consciousness, and your true nature is clearly revealed and reaffirmed.
