The terms "astral projection" and "out-of-body" mean almost the same thing.When I first began my out-of-body experience in the 1980s, the term "out-of-body" was not yet in common use, and the term "astral projection" was often used instead.However, the term "out-of-body experience" is now more commonly used, as if the word "astral body" in this term is associated with some kind of occultism.In the West, the term "out of body experience" (OBE) has come to be used by many researchers of the spiritual world, and its translation, "out of body experience," has been introduced and is now commonly used in Japan.The term "astral projection" is fundamentally the same as "astral projection," but the term has changed to a more modern, smart way of saying it.In Japan, the phenomenon known as "de-soul" is almost the same concept as "astral projection" or "out-of-body experience," and has in fact been a well-known phenomenon for a long time.
