Parallel worlds are also called parallel universes or parallel lives.In the spiritual world, it is interpreted as a self that is slightly different from the present self, and that has a potential (latent) existence in the universe, although it has not yet been realized.
This concept of parallel worlds sometimes appears in recent science fiction.For example, the parallel universes in movies such as Stargate and Timeline.The concept of these parallel universes is not at all ridiculous, but is based on what is called the many-worlds interpretation of quantum physics.Simply put, the idea is that I went out yesterday wearing black shoes, but another possible me wearing brown shoes exists somewhere in a parallel universe different from this one.
Similar to parallel worlds, I believe, traveling in the spirit world can be a strange experience in which you are completely absorbed into another personality that is different from your current personality.When you enter an astral body that is different from your own, you lose the memories of your current self, and the memories of that other personality suddenly and temporarily enter.From the memories of that other personality, you can understand the situation of life in that place and the relationships of that other personality.It is as if the brain itself replaces the other personality.This is something that seems very strange to me, but I have certainly experienced it several times.This alternate life may be a past life, or it may be a completely different life, like a parallel world.
I myself am skeptical about such parallel worlds, and there is not much written on the subject, so there are many unknowns, so I cannot say for sure.
