To tell the truth, I acquired the ability to leave my body after reading the book "How to Acquire the Third Eye" (Gakken) written by a disciple of Mr. Kenzo Yamamoto and practicing self-guided meditation using audio tapes.It was precisely because of this book that I was able to leave my body.In the meditation method introduced by this disciple of Mr. Yamamoto's, you make your own audiotape of self-guided meditation.The audiotape is accompanied by Bach and other baroque music as background music, while a narrator guides you through the meditation in your own voice.
I concentrated on this practice for about a month.I think I listened to it at least 100 times.Originally, this was a practice method to develop the third eye (Third Eye Acquisition Method: Gakken), but in my case, my cells were unexpectedly activated and I experienced a kind of very powerful joyous state.After that, I began to experience various mysterious phenomena such as out-of-body experiences, encounters with spirits, precognitive dreams, past lives, psychometry, UFO sightings, and so on.The book is now out of print, but the contents were very interesting. The old man with mysterious abilities in Kyushu in the book is described as a fictional character, but I was told by a dentist that he was in fact Mr. Yamamoto Kenchiku.He was another disciple of Mr. Yamamoto's, and he strongly explained to me that he had met many psychics in Japan and abroad, but none of them were as amazing as Mr. Yamamoto's.He said that he has clairvoyance, telekinesis, and the ability to instantaneously move various materials.He said that he was very surprised when he was actually able to move his own belongings.
