Tibetan Esoteric Buddhism

In Tibetan Esoteric Buddhism, out-of-body renunciation is a well-known phenomenon.
I had an opportunity to hear directly from a qigong teacher who said, "I was taught the method of bodily withdrawal in Tibetan Esoteric Buddhism by a rather high ranking Tibetan Esoteric Buddhist monk. Here is what he said. The method they use for out-of-body detachment is a color-based meditation method called the Rainbow Method.Simply put, they activate the body by changing the astral body into various colors using thoughts, and finally detach it from the body.
In Tibetan esoteric Buddhism monasteries, you may have seen many monks gather together and chant their own mantras for a long time on TV.It is well known that immersing oneself in mantra (humming) sounds for a long time like this can lead to a deep meditative state (the Monroe Institute's HemiSync(R) sound also uses this principle). They use this state of consciousness toIt is thought that they take advantage of this state to strengthen the workings of the astral body using the color imaging method. When the astral body attains a certain level of activity, it leaves the physical body and becomes active in the astral body itself. At this point, it is easy to leave the body.In Tibetan esoteric Buddhism, the term "near-death" (virtual death) is used rather than "out-of-body withdrawal. They know that by leaving the body, the soul is in a state of virtual death. They also call it "spirit migration," "etheric migration," etc.
They warn us not to do spirit transfers out of curiosity. They tell us that it is better to "use it to help those in need. For example, they seem to be doing things such as flying their own spirit body to perform remote healing, or using spirit body transfer to deliver messages, or to help their disciples in their training. They have already traveled to other planets in spirit bodies. For them, out-of-body departure is a part of the process of attaining liberation. They believe that out-of-body withdrawal is a step in the process of liberation.
